On her maiden voyage to Sector 69, USS Enterprise is caught up in a time warp that transports the vessel to a parallel universe 69U. Shortly after, its security is breached by a group of deadly females (led by Queen Uhura) who proceed to take over the vessel. With the Enterprise secured, Uhura assumes the chief commander of the ship and proceeds to wreck havoc across the universe.
